- Helmets must be worn at all times

- Minimum booking time is 1hr

- The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend fares, itineraries and days of operation as required.

- Cancellation of any tour once a booking has been made will result in an administration fee

- No refund will be given if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the tour or in the event of a no show.

- Hotel Pick-ups - by arrangement and please wait outside accommodation 5-10 minutes prior to pick-up time.

- Hotel pick not available for shorter (one Hour) Tours. (Only available for  2 Hr, 3 Hr & Full Day Tours) 

- All fares are to be paid in full upon booking of tour

- All fares and travel routes are effective from 1st March 2010 

- Smoking is not permitted aboard the Trike

- Children under 8 are not permitted on the Trike

- Children are full fare passengers

- Pick up times may vary 10 minutes depending on traffic

- All prices include GST

- All fares are quoted in Australian (AUD) dollars
